The authority is trying to perform some clownish acts just to fish for more votes but in the end they just look clownish but no funny because all our treasury money is being squandered away leaving us pennyless in generations to come. Oh my God.....

The trouble is we still have very backward rural areas where the Boss is king and hard to crack into their domain at least till much later......
